Michael White’s casual Soho pasta emporium Osteria Morini has long been toying with the idea of introducing a late-night pizza. Grub Street notices the chef has recently been tweeting a few test runs, indicating the pizza may finally end up on the menu there. You shouldn’t have to wait for that to happen to enjoy a slice of doughy, cheesy goodness. We’ve compiled a list of the best places to do so.

-
Franny’s

-
Grimaldi’s Pizzeria

-
Pulino’s Bar and Pizzeria
282 Bowery | (212) 226-1966Since former Executive Chef Nate Appleman left the restaurant, the pizza has strayed from its square cut, cracker-thin crust roots to become a bit more traditional. Still a reliable option if you’re in the area.
-
900 Degrees
29 7th Avenue | (212) 989-9880This San Francisco import serves a variety of pizza styles, all of them excellent.
