SuperTrash – the “true it-girl label for independent women” – is headed to Little Italy. It certainly is trash.
Teaser signage was recently pasted in the windows of 29 Prince Street to welcome the imminent arrival of SuperTrash, a Dutch-based fashion company by Olcay Gulsen. This 2,000 square-foot location is to be the stateside flagship upon launch. According to a blog post on its website, the boutique should open sometime in September; they want you to “think Blake Lively ambling about with Ryan Reynolds, a chai tea latte and celeb pooch.”
Before SuperTrash signed the lease earlier this spring, 29 Prince was formerly occupied by Bio Emerging Designers (and Castle & Pierpont before that). [Bowery Boogie]
