Kim Granatell had an embarrassing chance meeting with Dina Lohan in the Hamptons following her claims of being involved with Dina’s ex, Michael Lohan. The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” cast member ran into Dina, who’s been at war with Michael over her claims of unpaid child support, and Dina’s brother, Paul, at Bobby Van’s in Bridgehampton. “I think I turned 10 shades of white,” Kim G says on her blog on celebritymagnet.com. Eventually the three of them became friends. “Paul is an absolute doll, and Dina is a sweetheart,” wrote Granatell.
